House rules

These keep everyone safe and keep our neighbors happy. By booking, you agree to follow them.

Neighbors & arrival

1. Please don’t block anyone’s driveway, even for a minute.
2. Keep your voices low while you’re outside.
3. Please don’t have indiscreet conversations where neighbors can hear you.
4. Dress appropriately outside. No fetish attire or clothing that could be seen as inappropriate on the street.
5. Wait inside the gate for rides home, not outside.
6. Please don’t linger on the street in front of the house, and avoid chatting or texting outside the gate.
7. Make sure play gear isn’t sticking out of your bag where neighbors can see it.

In the house

1. Adults only, 21 and over.
2. Keep all doors and windows closed.
3. No illegal activity of any kind.
4. No smoking indoors, including cannabis. If you smoke outside, please use the ashtrays.
5. No DJs or separate sound systems.
6. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Safety

1. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 immediately.
2. There is an AED (defibrillator), first aid kits and fire extinguishers in the house. Sabrina will show you where.
3. Smoke detectors, emergency lighting and flood lights are hardwired for your safety.

Checkout & cleaning

1. Turn the lights up so you can see to clean.
2. Turn off all lights, heating, fans and music. It’s fine to leave the speakers on.
3. Clean everything you used, including furniture, and put it back where you found it.
4. Vacuum the floors.
5. Leave the bathrooms dry and tidy, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
6. Put used linens, towels and robes in the mesh laundry bag, in the hamper.
7. Remake the bed with fresh linens and pillowcases, pulling the cover tight and arranging the pillows neatly, hotel-style.
8. Clean all used and exposed surfaces with CaviCide: countertops, utensils, floors, furniture, doorknobs and bottles.
9. Wipe up any spills on the floor with alcohol so no one slips.
10. Wash, dry and put away any dishes you used.
11. Empty the garbage from the playrooms and replace the bin liners.
12. Take the kitchen garbage and recycling out to the outdoor bins. Please sort the recycling carefully: no paper towels, food or food cartons.
13. Check that all doors are locked before you leave.
